Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy

Delivery Policy:

• All orders are processed and delivered within 3–7 working days.
• Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. 300 Across Pakistan

Returns and Exchange Policy:

We do not ofier returns, but we do accept exchanges.

To request an exchange

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• If you've received a damaged or defective item, please share a clear unboxing video (with parcel opening) as proof.

Exchange costs

• If the issue is on our end (e.g. wrong or faulty item): we'll cover the re-shipping costs.
• If the issue is on the customer's end (e.g. wrong size ordered or change of mind): re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned unused and in the same condition as delivered, without any signs of wear or damage.
